These fellows are the little mechanical dolls ( lovingly nicknamed “stitch punks” ) from the upcoming movie “9” (Shane Acker/Tim Burton). Here they are drinking some oil to help…loosen up their gears, a bit!
Obviously, this oil is not diluted. I drew this after a conversation I had with some friends, and put it into my scraps... [link] but I finally got around to coloring it today!  You’ve got your singing drunks, your depressed drunk, the horny drunk… I was going for variety, you see!Enjoy! |

We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you  the news article as well as check out the individual pieces.
